The hotel with beautiful rooms, in a fantastic area, in the middle of jackson. Plenty of great food.

I must say, I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was so comfy, with crisp linens and various pillows. The room was spacious and quiet, which helped me to have a memorable stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making my experience even better.

the hotel's location was marvellous in the middle of jackson. also, it was 5 minutes drive to tecnologico de monterrey. we had the king room it was beautiful.

In addition, the hotel provided LED track lightning at the base of the bed which was a nice touch. The hotel location was conveniently close to other destinations. I loved staying in the hotel room as it was both spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided a good breakfast spread that was enjoyable.

Some of the hotel facilities were not clean. Some minor housekeeping details were missed by the hotel staff.
